Mindful guided hikesIceland & Sweden

Walk in silence. Return to yourself.

Small-group, mindful guided hikes in the Icelandic highlands and Sweden — periods of silence, conscious walking, and the quiet company of others, led by Elsebeth Molberg Thing.

WHAT IS A SOULHIKE

Walking as a way back to yourself.

On a Soulhike we walk in stretches of silence — slow, conscious steps that bring you into the present. Away from the noise of the modern world, the landscape does its quiet work.

You reconnect with the living world around you, and with the people walking beside you. You come alone; you leave as a group.
